  Our Story

Our agency opened in April 1994 as a franchise member of a new national chain ‘Holidaymakers’, located in Pakuranga, Auckland.    

By 2006 it became clear to us that the traditional “mall agent’s” days were limited. Our business base was now beyond the suburb and we wanted to expand and move up.

We undertook a thorough review of the business. We decided to transform our business to become a high-service agency, increase our web presence and change our location.

After an extensive search we re-located to our current Parnell premises in March 2007 and took the opportunity to refresh our brand, look and feel to give the agency a cleaner, modern designer look.

With our transformation we had a new gallery look office, a modern environment designed to be attractive to clients and comfortable and efficient for our staff.

We expanded our website significantly and have consistently upgraded our office systems with partner suppliers. We now use the latest technology industry reservations, travel management systems with online connection, and secure cloud-based data storage and email systems.
